We currently ship across all serviceable locations in India through trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart and DTDC.

Our goal is to make sure your fragrances reach you in perfect condition, no matter where you are.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 24–36 hours of being placed (except Sundays and public holidays).

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location.

• Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

You’ll receive an email and WhatsApp update with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

3. Shipping Charges

We currently offer free shipping across India — no hidden costs, no surprises at checkout.

Your satisfaction and experience mean more to us than delivery fees.

4. Delivery Experience

Our fragrances are packed with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@houseofkanzan.com — we’ll assist you right away.

5. Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, festive rush, or courier issues.

We truly appreciate your patience during such times. Our team continuously tracks shipments to make sure they move smoothly and will always keep you informed in case of any holdup.

 

6. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within India.

We’re working toward offering international delivery soon — and will announce it once ready.
