Refund policy

Everything we make at House of Kanzan, under Kadamba Aromas, is created carefully and in small batches.

Each order passes through real hands — checked, packed, and shipped with care. Because fragrance is personal, all sales are final, and products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Still, if something goes wrong, we’ll fix it.


1. When We Accept Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in cases of:

Wrong product received

Missing item in the order

Damage during transit

If this happens, write to hello@houseofkanzan.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief note, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will review it and help you as soon as possible.

 

2. When We Can’t Accept Returns

We’re unable to accept returns if:

The product has been opened, used, or tested

Damage occurred after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage

You simply didn’t like the fragrance — scent preferences are deeply personal

If you’re exploring, our sample sets are the best way to discover what feels right before choosing a full bottle.


3. Refunds

If your return or replacement request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10–15 business days after verification.

The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used for purchase.


4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, it can’t be cancelled.

If you cancel before dispatch, a small processing fee (₹75) will be deducted.

This covers unavoidable cost, such as payment gateway fees, packaging preparation, and the time our team spends processing your order.

We keep it minimal, just enough to cover what’s already gone into it.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Courier Costs

If we’ve made an error — like sending the wrong item — Kadamba Aromas will cover all courier and replacement costs.


6. Our Approach

We understand the feeling of waiting for something you’ve ordered.

If anything ever feels off, we’ll handle it with honesty and care.

Each parcel leaves our studio after a final check — but if something slips through, we’ll make it right.
