This perfume is pure nostalgia. As applied, it gives out a talcy and musky fragrance , strong but soothing. For me , it reminds about another vintage perfume named ‘Evening in Paris’ . A perfect daily wear in summer and definitely a stand out among the samples of Chapter II.

I just got the samples of Chapter II and I must say Love in Linen is my favourite! When I first tested it on the sleeve it came with, I wasn’t impressed and quickly dismissed it. But when I tried it on myself I was totally obsessed with it. Couldn’t stop smelling myself. It’s also the most lasting and best projecting scent from Chapter II. I didn’t think twice before getting the full size.
